Suggester

The Suggester is the first shape to ship. It exposes /route (request a recommendation) and /outcome (record what actually happened).

It is not in the request path — your agent receives the recommendation and then issues its own LLM call. Useful when you cannot or do not want to add a proxy hop, but still want the optimization and the scoring history.
