Suggester: POST /route, POST /outcome, GET /history/:shape, GET /health.

Proxy facade: POST /v1/chat/completions (OpenAI), POST /v1/messages (Anthropic).

All endpoints accept and return JSON. See the repo’s crates/aeoe-suggester for the live schema.
